When you buy an insertion order, it seems like you can buy “lines” what does that mean in online advertising? Is it a an allocation of part of the budget for a particular campaign? If it is an allocation of part of the budget for a campaign, then why do advertisers use lines? Is it to run different advertisements against different demographics?
