What type of online advertising is when you are redirected to a website and then back to the initial website?

What is the name of this sort of internet advertising. E.g If I go to a website such as www.website.com and it will go onto another website, wait for a few seconds until the option ’skip’ will appear and underneath it will show a website.
I know now that they are called blacklabel ads.
